Maintenance and Repair Plan

Maintenance and Repair in the lighting engineering industry involves the activities and processes required to ensure that lighting systems, equipment, and infrastructure operate efficiently and safely. Our plan of maintenance that included in Lighting EPCM only for EPCM contract.

  1. Maintenance Planning
Maintenance Planning involves organizing and scheduling activities necessary to keep the lighting system running smoothly. This step outlines the required maintenance tasks, resources, timelines, and budgets. Lighting is crucial part of facility management but it always for user to plan lighting maintenance as part of reactive or preventive maintenance
  2. Maintenance and Repair Works
Usually maintenance works will be handled by main contractor that we are supporting. But in case of special condition such as lack of man power and/or project with higher lighting system difficulty such as Full Facility LMS or Facade in high rise building, we have maintenance team that always ready to deploy.
  3. Project Handover
Project handover related to end of contract, when we need to provide every documentation related to assets that we maintain. We will also provide our Obsolete Management document as part of our Procurement process, in which will be provided after we finish our contract.

End of Life Management

End-of-Life (EOL) Management in the lighting engineering industry refers to the systematic process of handling lighting products and systems once they reach the end of their useful life. It involves proper disposal, recycling, or repurposing of materials, as well as recommendations for upgrades to enhance energy efficiency and sustainability.

Our End-of-Life Management broken down to guidelines that will be done by user after luminaire breakdown and what is next .

a. Waste Disposal Guideline

Waste disposal in lighting engineering involves the proper and safe disposal of old or non-functioning lighting systems, including bulbs, fixtures, and electronic components. Proper waste disposal ensures that harmful substances do not contaminate landfills or ecosystems, while also adhering to legal and environmental standards.

b. System Upgrades Recommendation

This recommendation documents allows user to benefit from advancements in lighting technology, which can lead to significant cost savings, improved lighting quality, and lower energy consumption. Recommending upgrades can also prolong the overall lifespan of lighting systems, reduce maintenance costs, and contribute to the industry's goal of reducing carbon emissions and supporting environmental sustainability.

Stand Alone Maintenance Service

As mentioned above, our maintenance service for new construction project tied with EPC services. But a lot of times user also have existing facility that need to be maintain.
